- Ouverture de la réunion à 19h

- La candidature de réadmission de Gérard Porcon a été accéptée

- Introduction du thème Rotary 2022-23 : « Imagine Rotary »

- Les PETS de la région de l’est (zones 1-7) auront lieu a Trat les 26-27 février

- La DTA (assemblée d’entrainement du district) aura lieu a Chantaburi les 28-29 mai

- La facture des cotisations du club au RI n’est pas encore en ligne

- Nouvel uniforme : (Ava, Lucia, Heidi) la couleur bleu marine est choisie avec inscriptions en jaune. Tissu : bonne qualité mélange soie et coton

- Soirée du club en mars : (Heidi, Lucia, Michel, Olivier M) Olivier va organiser une réunion d’organisation

- EREY (Every Rotarian Every Year) Le Président rapelle qu’il est important pour chaque Rotarien de sponsoriser la Fondation Rotary.
Un minimum de 100 USD (3,300 Baht) par année et par membre permettrait au club de faire partie des clubs « EREY 100% » si chaque membre le faisait. Cela donne au club des avantages lorsque lon demande des fonds et de l’aide au district. Deux membres ont déjà payé.

- Opening of the meeting at 19h

- New membership of Gérard Porcon was approved

- Introduction of the RI theme 2022-23: “Imagine Rotary”

- PETS zones 1-7 (eastern seaboard) will be held in Trat February 26-27

- DTA will be held in Chantaburi May 28-29

- The invoice for semi-annual Rotary fees of our club is not yet online

- New uniform: (Ava, Lucia, Heidi) dark blue was chosen, with yellow inscriptions. Tissue: good quality mix silk and cotton

- Event of our club in March: (Heidi, Lucia, Michel, Olivier M) Olivier will organize an organizing meeting

- EREY (Every Rotarian Every Year) The President explains that supporting the Rotary Foundation is the duty of all Rotarians. If each member pays $100 (3,300 Baht) our club will be part of “100% EREY clubs” which gives advantages to our club when asking for help or finance from the district.

Olivier a intronisé officiellement notre nouveau membre, Jean-Pierre.

Soirée Noël du 18 décembre
Heidi, Lucia, Ava et Olivier ont représenté le club lors de la soirée de Noël du R.C. Eastern Seaboard. L’ambiance et le buffet était très bien.

Enfant Phim
Le dernier suivi a été effectué le 19 décembre dernier. Tout se passe même mieux que prévu, elle pourrait retrouver une partie de la vue. Les frais médicaux et médicaments ont été pris en charge par le club.
Olivier rappelle que ses études seront prises en charge par le Y.W.C.A.
Prochain suivi en juin.

Uniforme
Une proposition sera faite par le comité aux membres à la prochaine réunion

Soirée de février Une soirée de levée de fond sera organisée avec le R.C. Jomtien Pattaya. Le comité présentera les détails à la prochaine réunion

Fondation
P. Olivier rappelle que le financement de la fondation est important. Le financement d’un Paul Harris est toujours une bonne chose pour un Rotarien, Cependant, la participation de 100$ au fond « Every Rotarian, Every Year » est possible pour ceux qui n’ont pas les moyens. Eric rappelle que l’argent envoyé à la fondation nous revient sous d’autres formes afin de financer nos actions.

Jean-Pierre nous a fait une présentation exhaustive de la manière de renforcer l’image du Rotary et de la manière dont notre club y participe activement et les améliorations que nous allons encore apporter via, notre site WEB, la page Facebook, la presse et bientôt une Newsletter.

RC of the previous meeting approved unanimously

Intronisation of Jean-Pierre Fr. Olivier officially inducted our new member, Jean-Pierre.

Christmas evening of December 18
Heidi, Lucia, Ava and Olivier represented the club at the R.C. Eastern Seaboard Christmas party. The atmosphere and buffet were very good.

Enfant Phim
The last follow-up was carried out on 19 December. Everything is going even better than expected, she could regain part of the view. Medical and medical expenses were covered by the club. Olivier recalls that his studies will be supported by the Y.W.C.A. Next follow-up in June.

Uniform

Foundation
P. Olivier recalls that the funding of the foundation is important. Funding a “Paul Harris” is always a good thing for a Rotarian, however, the $100 participation in the "Every Rotarian, Every Year" fund is possible for those who cannot afford it. Eric reminds us that the money sent to the foundation comes back to us in other forms to finance our actions.

Candidature d’un nouveau membre
Olivier a reçu un courrier de candidature de notre ancien membre Gérard Porcon. Des réticences ont été émises notamment concernant son comportement sous l’influence de l’alcool qui peut nuire à l’image et l’ambiance du club Olivier s’engage à lui en parler et lui faire accepter de quitter le club au moindre incident.

Nouveau compte bancaire
Alain a la Charte. Il la donnera à Eric.
Olivier et Daniel vont se rendre à la banque pour demander comment remplacer les anciens signataires et les remplacer par Daniel, Heidi, Olivier et Eric.

Nouvelles Soirée de février
Un comité a été créé (Heidi, Lucia et Olivier) pour organiser une soirée de levée de fond en association avec le R.C. Jomtien Pattaya. La date et le thème à déterminer.

Application of a new member Olivier received an application letter from our former member Gérard Porcon. Reluctance has been expressed regarding his behavior under the influence of alcohol which can harm the image and atmosphere of the club Olivier undertakes to talk to him about it and make him agree to leave the club at the slightest incident.

New bank account Alain has the club’s charter. He will give it to Eric. Olivier and Daniel will go to the bank to ask how to replace the former signatories and replace them with Daniel, Heidi, Olivier and Eric.

News February Party A committee was created (Heidi, Lucia and Olivier) to organize a fundraising evening in association with R.C. Jomtien Pattaya. The date and theme to be determined.

Uniform The committee (Ava, Heidi, Lucia) will make a proposal at the next meeting
