Soirée du 30 avril :
L’organisation avance, la Gouverneur Jessie sera présente, entrée à 1,500 baht comprenant le repas (menu en annexe) et une bouteille de vin par table.
La chambre d’hôtel pour la conférencière est réservée

Présentation du Rotary et de sa fondation par le Président

Présentation de l’Amicale Française par nos invités
Le club a été fondé il y a 3 ans, environ 200 membres actuellement
Devise : éthique, transparence, convivialité
But : rassembler les francophones, aide dans les tâches administratives, organisations de sorties et activités, 2 fois par an action caritative auprès de la population thaïe
Les deux clubs vont s’inviter mutuellement lors de leurs activités respectives

Prochaine réunion le 22 avril (15 avril = Songkran)

Event of du 30 avril :
The organization is on track, menu attached, entrance at 1,500 baht including dinner and one bottle of wine per table. DG Jessie will attend.
The hotel room for guest speaker is booked

Introduction and history of RI and its foundation by the President

Introduction of Amicale Française by our visitors
The club was founded 3 years ago, approximatively 200 members now
Club motto: ethics, transparency, friendliness
Goal: assembling the French speaking people, help during administrative tasks, outings + activities, twice a year organizing a caritative project for Thai people.
The 2 clubs will share invitations for their respective activities

Next meeting April 22 (April 15 = Songkran)
