Approbation du CR de la dernière réunion à l’unanimité
Rapport de la DTA en thaï à Chantaburi les 27-29 mai. Ont participé : Ava, Eric et Mee, Michel et Oo, Dr. Olivier et Ta
PETS & DTA en anglais à Pattaya le 12 juin : Dr. Olivier et le club sont les organisateurs. 9h – 16h = séminaires et dès 18h30 soirée amicale. Le tout au Royal Cliff. 9 personnes du club sont inscrites.
Soirée d’installation de la Présidente Ava et de son Bureau le 18 juin : Ava et Eric ont bien avancé, voir le CR de la réunion du Bureau. Visite et invitation des clubs de Pattaya à faire.
Visite des installations des autres Rotary Clubs : 9 juin RC Chonburi, 20 juin RC Pattaya, 30 juillet RC Jomtien Pattaya et RC Dolphin Pattaya International. Liste à mettre à jour.
Rapport de l’année Rotary 2021-22 par le Président Dr. Olivier.
Les 4 cahiers des charges des Rotary Clubs efficaces ont été suivis :
1 - effectif : + 3 membres et aucune démission.
2 - Support de la Fondation Rotary : 133,000 Baht récoltés lors de la soirée de la journée polio et 100% EREY.
3 - Projets et activités : soirée polio le 24 octobre, l’enfant Phim a été opérée le 12 novembre avec succès,
achat d’un filtre PAPR de 13,000 Baht pour l’hôpital de Banglamung (projet de 61 filtres du district 3340),
la soirée information du Rotary du 30 avril avec conférence de Constance Decharme a rapporté 40,000 Baht au club.
4 - élever le club et des membres au niveau du district :
le club organise les PETS & DTA en anglais du 12 juin, Dr. Olivier sera assistant du Gouverneur l’année prochaine.
Au niveau du club :
tous les membres sont incrits à My Rotary,
le club a un nouveau blazer grâce à Ava, Lucia et Heidi.
Création de la news letter du club (Jean-Pierre Barbier et Dr. Michel).
Deux soirées amicales ont eu du succès : BBQ chez Eric et Mee en début d’année et fondue au fromage organisée par Dr. Olivier et Ta chez Gérard et Manita en fin d’année.

Dr. Olivier rappelle que la force du club c’est ses membres. Il tient à remercier tous les membres pour leur appui solide durant cette année.
Cette réunion étant la denière de l’année, le Président souhaite la bonne chance à Ava et son Bureau pour son année de présidence à venir qui sera certainement pleine de succès !

Approval of the CR of the last meeting unanimously
Report of DTA in Thai in Chantaburi on May 27-29. Participated: Ava, Eric and Mee, Michel and Oo, Dr. Olivier and Ta
PETS & DTA in English in Pattaya on June 12: Dr. Olivier and the club are the organizers. 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. = seminars and from 6.30 p.m. fellowship evening. All at the Royal Cliff. 9 people from the club are registered.
Installation night of President Ava and her Bureau on June 18: Ava and Eric have made good progress, see the minutes of the Board meeting. Visit and invitation to Pattaya clubs to do.
Attending installation nights of other Rotary Clubs: June 9 RC Chonburi, June 20 RC Pattaya, July 30 RC Jomtien Pattaya and RC Dolphin Pattaya International. List to be updated.
Report of the Rotary year 2021-22 by President Dr. Olivier. The 4 specifications of effective Rotary Clubs have been followed: 1- membership: + 3 members and no resignations. 2- Support of the Rotary Foundation: 133,000 Baht collected during the Polio Day evening and 100% EREY. 3- Projects and activities: polio evening on October 24, the child Phim was successfully operated on November 12, purchase of a PAPR filter at 13,000 Baht for Banglamung hospital (project of 61 filters in district 3340), the April 30 Rotary awareness evening with a guest speaker Constance Decharme brought in 40,000 Baht to the club. 4- raise the club and members to the district level: the club organizes the PETS & DTA in English on June 12, Dr. Olivier will be assistant to the Governor next year. At the club level: all members are registered with My Rotary, the club has a new blazer thanks to Ava, Lucia and Heidi. Creation of the club news letter (Jean-Pierre Barbier et Dr. Michel).
Two friendly evenings were successful: BBQ at Eric and Mee house at the beginning of the year and cheese fondue organized by Dr. Olivier and Ta at Gérard and Manita resort at the end of the year. Dr. Olivier reminds us that the strength of the club is its members. He would like to thank all the members for their strong support during this year.

This meeting being the last of the year, the President wishes the best of luck to Ava and her Board for her year of Presidency to come which will certainly be full of success!

Approbation des deux dernières réunions (6 mai et 13 mai) à l’unanimité
Approbation de la candidature de Dao Micalef comme membre selon le règlement intérieur à l’unanimité
Soirée intronisation de la Présidente 2022-23 Ava et son Bureau le 18 juin (Ava, Eric) : au Sugar Hut entre 18h30 et 22h.
Contrat de minimum 70 personnes x 800 Baht = 56,000 Baht dont la moitié est avancée ce jour. Prix d’entrée 1,200 Baht incluant buffet et vin.
Dépenses du club (Daniel) : cotisations des membres = +115,000 Baht,
cottisations à RI = - 27,290 Baht,
cottisations au district 3340 = -11,000 Baht,
frais de participations aux réunions de district= -38,830 Baht
= 37,880 Baht restants.
Il est proposé que lors de la première réunion du Bureau en juillet le sujet des remboursements futurs de participation aux réunions de district soit mis à l’ordre du jour.

Approval of the two last Board meetings (May 6 and 13): unanimously approved
Approval of membership for dao Micalef according to by-laws: unanimously approved
Installation night of President Ava and her Board on June 18 (Ava, Eric): at Sugar Hut between 18h30 and 22h. Agreement of minimum 70 people x 800 Baht = 56,000 Baht, half is given as deposit to date. Entrance price 1,200 Baht including buffet and wine.
Expenses of the club (Daniel): membership = +115,000 Baht, RI fees = - 27,290 Baht, district 3340 fees = -11,000 Baht, expenses of attendance to district meetings = -38,830 Baht = 37,880 Baht remaining.
It is suggested that the future expenses of attendance to district meetings to be on the agenda of the Board meeting of July.

Dr. Olivier va lancer la procédure avec son parrain Gérard Porcon.

Projet d’évènement avec Monsieur l’Ambassadeur de France
Présenté par Gérard Notre Président a adressé un courrier à l’Ambassadeur de France en Thaïlande demandant leur soutien.

Reprise de contact et soutien avec le centre ATCC Nongprue qui s’occupe des enfants victimes de sévices Évènement = réunion avec les officiels de l’ambassade, visite du centre ATCC, prévu fin juillet
