22/11/2023 rencontre à l’ambassade de France
Gérard a rencontré le nouvel ambassadeur de France ainsi que des responsables de l’ambassade.
Notre projet de couverture (toit) de l’espace de jeux de l’ATCC semble les intéresser.
Gérard va suivre ce projet avec l’ambassade.
“Take Care Kids” samedi 16 décembre
Un club de vétérans américains de Pattaya organise un Noel pour les enfants de “Take Care Kids” le samedi 16 décembre à 12h à la “Tratoria Pizzeria Toscana” sur la beach road.
Nous sommes invités à participer et assister au repas, s’occuper des enfants, leur amener quelques cadeaux et manger sur place (à nos frais).
Notre club est sponsor de cet événement.
YWCA « Vision 20/20 »
A voir s’il ne serait pas possible d’organiser une soirée de présentation du projet « Vision 20/20 » pour nos sponsors éventuels
Soirées organisées par le RCES
Rappel : Le 15 décembre Christmas Party au Siam Bayshore organisée par le Rotary Eastern Seaboard. Le club a réservé pour 16 personnes.
Soirée Noël des enfants de ATCC
Rappel : Nous sommes conviés à pour participer au Noël des enfants de ATCC, le Vendredi 22 Décembre 2023 à 18 heures. Le centre est situé près de la municipalité de Nongprue.
Buffet gratuit, sauf vin payant, soirée animée par Jayson & Friends.
Les dons sont les bienvenus, Apportez un cadeau pour les enfants (vêtements, jouets, etc..)

11/22/2023 meeting at the French embassy
Gérard met the new French ambassador as well as embassy officials.
Our project to cover (roof) the ATCC play area seems to interest them.
Gérard will follow this project with the embassy.
“Take Care Kids” Saturday December 16
A club of American veterans from Pattaya is organizing a Christmas for the children of “Take Care Kids” on Saturday, December 16 at 12 p.m. at the “Tratoria Pizzeria Toscana” on the beach road.
We are invited to participate and attend the meal, take care of the children, bring them some gifts and eat on site (at our expense).
Our club is a sponsor of this event.

Reminder: We are invited to participate in the ATCC Children's Christmas, Friday December 22, 2023 at 6 p.m. The center is located near Nongprue Municipality.
Free buffet, except paid wine, evening hosted by Jayson & Friends.

Bilan du projet « End of Polio »
La soirée s’est déroulée dans une bonne ambiance en présence d’environ 150 personnes.
Les bénéfices de la soirée sont de 42,634 bahts auquel il faut ajouter une PHF à 37,000 bahts, ce qui fait un total de 79,634 bahts.
Il a été décidé de verser 2000 $ à la fondation Rotary, le solde sera utilisé pour des actions caritatives du Pattaya Marina.
Les 20 ans du club
Création d’un comité d’organisation avec Daniel, Heidi, Lucia et plus si affinité.
La soirée pourrait se dérouler sur la terrasse en bord de mer du Siam Bayshore le 9 février 2024, avec pour thème « le carnaval ».

Le Centara Grand Mirage de Naklua sollicite le Rotary Pattaya Marina, comme un des partenaires d’une action caritative qui consisterait à la distribution de jouets aux enfants le 8 décembre.

Echange avec nos visiteurs
Nous avons eu le plaisir de recevoir une conférencière très enthousiaste qui nous a présenté la Fondation " Hand to Hand", Margie.
Depuis une vingtaine d’années, Margie a tout quitté pour créer cette formidable fondation qui vient en aide aux plus déshérités. Son travail et son dévouement ont suscité l'admiration de toute l’assemblée présente quand elle nous a expliqué tout son cheminement et ses difficultés.
Elle nourrit, loge, éduque, trouve du travail a plus de 200 familles et enfants dans la nécessité. Aujourd'hui, la Fondation consomme et a besoin de plus d'une tonne de riz par semaine, à nous la grande famille du Rotary de trouver des moyens pour l'aider.
Nous avons eu le plaisir de compte parmi nos invités, une délégation indienne du Rotary club de Navi Peth conduite par son Président élu, Vinitt Joshii.
Le Président élu nous a présenté son club et son environnement, le club compte un peu plus de 200 membres et mène des actions identiques à nos clubs de Thaïlande (enfants maltraités et abusés, eau potable, santé, ...)
La soirée c'est terminé par un échange de nos bannières respectives et la certitude se revoir et de mener des actions communes au travers de "Matchings Grants"
Nous avons eu une soirée riche et fructueuse par les échanges entre tous les membres de notre communauté.

The evening took place in a good atmosphere in the presence of around 150 people.
The profits of the evening are 42,634 bahts to which must be added a PHF of 37,000 bahts, which makes a total of 79,634 bahts.
It was decided to donate $2000 to the Rotary Foundation, the balance will be used for charitable actions of the Pattaya Marina.
20 years of the club
Creation of an organizing committee with Daniel, Heidi, Lucia and more if you like.
The evening could take place on the seaside terrace of Siam Bayshore on February 9, 2024, with the theme “carnival”.

The Centara Grand Mirage of Naklua is soliciting the Rotary Pattaya Marina, as one of the partners in a charitable action which would consist of the distribution of toys to children on December 8.

Exchange with our visitors
We had the pleasure of receiving a very enthusiastic speaker who introduced us to the Hand to Hand" Foundation, Margie.
For around twenty years, Margie has given up everything to create this formidable foundation which helps the most deprived. Her work and dedication aroused the admiration of everyone present when she explained to us all her journey and her difficulties.
She feeds, houses, educates and finds work for more than 200 families and children in need.
Today, the foundation consumes and needs more than 1 ton of rice per week, it is up to us, the extended Rotary family, to find ways to help.
We had the pleasure of having among our guests, an Indian delegation from the Rotary club of Navi Peth led by its elected President, Vinitt Joshii.
The President-elect presented his club and its environment to us, the club has a little over 200 members and carries out actions identical to our clubs in Thailand (mistreated and abused children, drinking water, health, etc.)
The evening ended with an exchange of our respective banners and the certainly of seeing each other again and carrying out joint actions through "Matching Grants".
We had a rich and fruitful evening with exchanges between all thee members of our community.
