- Approbation du dernier compte renduAvancement du projet « End of Polio »
Les 7 Rotary clubs de Pattaya supportent l'organisation mais seul les Rotary clubs Jomtien et Pattaya participent à son organisation en plus du Rotary club Pattaya Marina.
Cette journée qui se déroulera le 21 octobre 2023, sera composée de deux parties, une en journée sous forme d’un tournoi de golf, il sera organisé par le Sporting Club Pattaya, une partie en soirée avec repas, animations, loterie, etc..
Le lieu de la soirée n’est pas encore défini.
- Visite du District Gouverneur de la zone 4
Le district gouverneur rendra visite le 26 août 2023 aux clubs Rotary de Pattaya.
Dans la journée, il auditionnera les responsables du club sur les activités et les projets.
Le soir un repas sera donné en son honneur avec la présence des 7 clubs, la présence des membres du Pattaya Marina et de leur famille est très vivement souhaitée.

- Strike bowling organisé par le Rotary Plutaluang pour le Sirikit Hospital de Plutualang
Le Rotary Pattaya Marina a décidé de sponsoriser une équipe pour la somme de
5 000 bahts.
- Point sur les cotisations
Actuellement seule Heidi et J P De Gelder ne sont pas à jour.
La somme versée au Rotary International, pour les 12 membres, est de 15 226.20 Bahts versée en juillet et autant en janvier.
Pour le district la somme est 1 100 bahts par adhérant soit 13 200 baht versé une seule fois.

- Progress of the “End of Polio” project
The 7 Rotary clubs of Pattaya support the organization but only the Rotary clubs Jomtien and Pattaya participate in its organization in addition to the Rotary club Pattaya Marina.

Réunions bureau et statutaire jumelées.
- Présence du Rotary Pattaya Marina à l’ambassade de France à l’occasion de la fête nationale.
L’ambassade a proposé au Rotary Pattaya Marina de présenter nos actions aux personnes invité.e.s à cette occasion.
Gérard a pu parler de nos actions et prendre différents contacts. Un contact a été pris avec l’ONG les enfants du Mékong ( EdM ) qui œuvre pour aider les enfants d'Asie du Sud-Est à accéder à l'éducation et à la santé, Ils viendront prochainement nous parler de leurs actions.
Un contact a également été pris avec Hands Across the Water, une organisation caritative qui vient en aide aux enfants défavorisés, et souvent orphelins.
- Compte rendu de la réunion des clubs Rotary de Pattaya.
Une réflexion a été menée sur les moyens à mettre en œuvre afin de ne plus avoir de déficit lors des repas organisés par les clubs.
Une solution envisagée serait de confier l’organisation à un prestataire de service et de le rémunérer au %, avec un budget bien défini.
- Journée « End Polio »
Ce projet a pour ambition de réunir les clubs Rotary de Pattaya dans un événement sur la journée du samedi 21 octobre avec le samedi matin un tournoi de golf organisé conjointement avec Pattaya Sports Club, et une soirée récréative.
Les bénéfices seraient répartis 75 % fondation rotary et 25 % entre les clubs participants.

- Presence of Rotary Pattaya Marina at the French Embassy on the occasion of the National Day.
The embassy proposed to Rotary Pattaya Marina to present our actions to the people invited on this occasion.
Gérard was able to talk about our actions and make various contacts. A contact has been made with the NGO les enfants du Mékong (EdM) which works to help children in Southeast Asia to access education and health. They will soon come to tell us about their actions.
Contact was also made with Hands Across the Water, a charity that helps underprivileged and often orphaned children.
- Minutes of the meeting of Rotary clubs in Pattaya.
A reflection was carried out on the means to be implemented in order to no longer have a deficit during the meals organized by the clubs.
One solution considered would be to entrust the organization to a service provider and to pay him %, with a well-defined budget.
- “End Polio” day
This project aims to bring together the Rotary clubs of Pattaya in an event on Saturday, October 21 with a golf tournament on Saturday morning organized jointly with Pattaya Sports Club, and a recreational evening.
Profits would be split 75% rotary foundation and 25% among participating clubs.

Compte bancaire : il a été décider d’ouvrir un compte bancaire à la SCB au nom de Boonlert Meyer (docteur Olivier).
Ce compte servira pour les dépenses de fonctionnement du club, le compte de la Kasikorn sera utilisé pour les dons et les actions caritatives.
Daniel aura la carte ATM du compte SCB et son code.
Un bilan sera établi tous les mois
Passation de pouvoir : 4 clubs se sont unis pour cette passation. 150 personnes étaient présentes. Les dépenses se sont élevées à 180 800 bahts, et les recettes a 135 100 bahts le déficit est de 45 700 bahts, les 4 clubs ont pris en charge ce déficit à parts égales.
Bilan financier : le club a en caisse actuellement 145 818 baht dont 41 637 en argent liquide, ces 41 637 bahts seront versés sur le compte Kasikorn moins le déficit de la soirée de passation.
Projet « End Polio » : ce projet a pour ambition de réunir les 7 clubs de Pattaya dans un événement sur la journée du samedi 21 octobre avec le samedi matin un tournoi de golf, et une soirée avec + de 500 personnes avec animations, tombola, collecte de fonds, etc…
Le but est de récolter 1 000 000 bahts à répartir entre le projet polio et un projet local.

Bank account: it was decided to open a bank account at the SCB in the name of Boonlert Meyer (doctor Olivier).

Oliver M. nous informe que les clubs Rotary de Pattaya se réuniront tous les deux mois afin de coordonner au mieux leurs manifestations
