Présentation par l’AG Olivier de la soirée de collecte de fonds « End of Polio »
Répartition des actions à réaliser par les membres du club :
Chaque membre devra, si possible, essayer de vendre au moins un livret de billets (10 billets). Chaque billet étant numéroté il faudra donc répertorier les billets vendus.
Pour promouvoir l’évènement, chaque membre est demandé à publier l’affiche d’invitation sur leur réseaux sociaux.
AG Olivier prévoit de visiter des clubs sur Pattaya et les environnants pour :
- Obtenir des donations (prix pour la tombola et la vente aux enchères, fonds, etc.)
- Attirer plus de participants
Les membres sont les bienvenus pour accompagner l’AG Olivier lors de ses visites des clubs.
AG Olivier et Dao vont essayer de convaincre les hôpitaux tels que le Bangkok Hospital et le Samitivej Sriracha de participer à notre évènement.
Gérard et Dao vont visiter le club Bangkok Accueil et la chambre de commerce FTCC à Bangkok.
Les t-shirts et les tasses seront en vente à la soirée.

AG Olivier’s presentation on the event « End of Polio »
Distribution of tasks between members:
Each member, if possible, should sell one booklet of tickets (10 billets). Each ticket has a different number, so you will need to keep clear reference of the ticket numbers sold.
Each member is invited to post the event flyer on their social media to help promote the event.
AG Olivier will visit clubs in Pattaya and its surroundings to:
- Obtain donations (raffle prizes, items for auction, sponsorships, etc.)
- Ensure the participants numbers
All members are welcome to accompany AG Olivier in his visits to clubs.
AG Olivier and Dao will visit hospitals in Chonburi to promote the event and obtain their supports (sponsorships, raffle prizes, etc).
Gérard and Dao will visit Bangkok Accueil Club and FTCC chamber of commerce in Bangkok.
T=shirts and mugs will be sold at the event.

- Approbation du dernier compte rendu- Avancement du projet « End of Polio »
A la suite du nombre limité d’inscription, le tournoi de golf est annulé.
Une réunion aura lieu dans la semaine afin de définir les contours de la soirée.
- Visite du District Gouverneur de la zone 4
Le district gouverneur nous a rendu visite le 26 août 2023.
Nous lui avons présenté nos projets, polio, course de vélos, course de caisses à savon, les 20 ans du club.
Le gouverneur pense que le club devrait offrir des vélos aux enfants à l’occasion des courses.
Il nous a fait part de son souhait de faire de Pattaya une cité du Rotary International en installant dans un endroit avec beaucoup de visibilité une roue rotarienne.
Il nous a demandé aussi de réfléchir à la création d'un Rotary club féminin Thai.

Due to the limited number of registrations, the golf tournament is cancelled.
A meeting will take place during the week to define the contours of the evening.
- Visit to the District Governor of zone 4
The District Governor visited us on August 26, 2023.
We presented him with our projects, polio, bicycle race, soapbox race, the 20th anniversary of the club.
The governor thinks that the club should offer bicycles to children during races.
He told us of his wish to make Pattaya a Rotary International city by installing a Rotary wheel in a highly visible location.
He also asked us to think about creating a Thai women's Rotary club.
