Dr Olivier, Eric, Ava, étaient présents Très bonne organisation Notre Président insiste sur importance pour les Rotariens d’assister à ces évènements D’autant plus que les frais de déplacement et Hôtel sont pris en charge par le club Prochaine réunion les 5-6 mars à Korat

le 14/12 Heidi et Michel étaient présents Superbe inauguration d’un grand bâtiment dédié aux enfants nécessiteux

Ce samedi 18 décembre dernier contrôle à Bangkok Frais 1000 b pour le club Soirée Rotarienne en février 2022

Apres concertation avec Peter Malhotra, une grande soirée Rotarienne sera organisée avec nos 2 clubs RC Jomtien + RCPM
Anniversaire du RCPM Un Comité d’organisation est créé pour cet évènement : Dr Olivier, Heidi, Lucia, Michel

Comité créé en charge d’étudier les possibilités d’avoir un uniforme pour le RCPM : Heidi, Ava, Lucia

Support à la fondation Rotary Penser à participer à ce support = EREY $100 par an ou actuellement 3,400 Baht Le Président aimerait avoir un 100% de participation des membres

Michel propose qu’une liste des sponsors et amis du RCPM puisse être établit à partir de la soirée polio, afin de les informer lors d’exposé ou évènements futurs

Considering the importance of information and social media for the life of the Club
Jean Pierre is asked to prepare a presentation detailing the procedure to be followed on our FB page, in particular the shares.

Our President wishes all members to prepare a presentation.

Michel proposes that a list of the sponsors and friends of the RCPM
may be established from polio party, in order to inform them during future presentations or events

Rapport Financier journée Polio 132,290 bahts seront remis à la Fondation Rotary « EndPolioNow » En attente de 15,000 Bahts de Riviera Co. Ltd.
Le compte rendu financier adressé aux membres est approuvé à l’unanimité
Il y avait 3 clubs organisateurs cette année, ce qui donne
1000 US Dollars pour le RC Jomtien Pattaya, soit 1 PHF
1000 US Dollars pour le RC Dolphin Pattaya Inter, soit 1 PHF
Le reste pour le RC Pattaya Marina, soit 2 PHF
Il nous reste un peu de crédit. Voté à l’unanimité

Enfant Phim
Le 28 octobre a eu lieu la visite pré opératoire avec comme accompagnatrice la compagne de Jean Pierre Le club a réglé le taxi (3,500 B) +extra (1,000B) et 900B frais d’hôpital Mercredi 10 novembre test PCR
Le jeudi 11 novembre elle doit se rendre à l’hôpital pour midi
Le vendredi 12 elle sera opérée
Présence de la mère ou grand-mère nécessaire car enfant mineur
Prévoir 2 jours d’hospitalisation
May et Ava disposeront de 30 000 bahts pour les frais opératoires
Voté à l’unanimité Jean Pierre est en charge de trouver le taxi.

FELLOWSHIP
Prévue en février = collecte de fonds pour le Club.

Après une réunion de Bureau traduite en Anglais détaillant les nouveaux signataires + passeport signataires
Prévoir 4 signataires et 2 présents pour l’utilisation du compte Heidi est en attente d’obtenir son visa et son passeport Dossier en attente
Elle propose très généreusement d’avancer l’argent nécessaire au fonctionnement du Club soit 130,000Bahts

Approbation of the last minutes Polio Day Financial Report 132,290 bahts will be donated to the Rotary Foundation Pending receipt of 15,000 bahts from Riviera Co. Ltd. The financial report sent to members is approved unanimously

There were 3 organizer clubs this year, that is 1000 US Dollars from RC Jomtien Pattaya = 1 PHF 1000 US dollars from RC Dolphin Pattaya Inter = 1 PHF The remaining from RC Pattaya Marina = 2 PHF We have a little credit left Aproved unanimously

October 28 took place the preoperative visit with the partner of Jean Pierre The Club paid the taxi (3,500B) + extra (1,000B) + 900B hospital
Wednesday November 10 PCR test to be done
Thursday November 11 she will go to the hospital for noon On
Friday 12 she will be operated
Presence of mother or grandmother needed because of minor kid She will stay at hospital 2-3 days May and Ava will pay 30,000 bahts for operating expenses Approved unanimously Jean Pierre is in charge of finding the taxi Éric could take her back to Pattaya
