Quand les gens s’inscrivent on attribue les tables

1 Table pour Khun Toy
Lors de l’arrivée des personnes
Veillez à ce qu’elles ne s’agglutinent pas trop (risque Covid)
1500 bahts réglé au personnel du Royal Cliff
Daniel achètera des stickers à donner aux gens après paiement
Il s’occupera également du change de monnaie lors des ventes de T shirts
Ava remettra aux gens un masque End polio Day qu’elle a financé elle-même, nous la remercions chaleureusement.
Vente de vin : 1000 b Bouteille souvenir avec possibilité de la consommer sur place
Le Dr Olivier achètera des sacs en papier pour cet usage

All members will be present around 3:30 p.m.-4 p.m.

There will be 2 VIP tables
When people register, the tables are allocated
Preparation of the Room
1 Table for sale T-shirts, coffee mugs, pins: Ava + Heidi
1 Table for Khun Toy
When people arrive
Make sure that they do not clump too much (Covid risk)
1500 baht paid to Royal Cliff staff
Daniel will buy stickers to give to people after payment
He will also take care of the change of currency during the T-shirt sales.
Ava will be giving people an End Polio Day mask that she funded herself, we thank her warmly
