Financement de 100 paires de lunettes, 35 000 bahts versés à l’association.
Soirée d’installation du prochain bureau, Gérard et Olivier vont voir la possibilité d’organiser cette soirée avec d’autres clubs.

The YWCA (Young Women’s Christian Association)
Financing of 100 pairs of glasses, 35,000 baht paid to the association.
Installation evening for the next office, Gérard and Olivier will see the possibility of organizing this evening with other clubs.

Au Siam Bayshore restaurant terrasse en bord de mer.
La soirée s’est très bien passée, dans un bon esprit, 130 personnes étaient présentes, le buffet de qualité, l’ambiance détendue et amicale.

127 adultes à 1 200 bahts = 152 400 bahts3
enfants à 600 bahts = 1 800 bahts
Tombola = 32 800 bahts
Don de Carlo Cambrelli = 30 000 bahts

Ces 32 274 bahts seront utilisés pour nos actions caritatives (vision 20/20, ou autre suivant nos sponsors)
Journée de la Femme
Ava est chargée d’apporter de l’aide aux femmes emprisonnées à l’occasion de la journée de la femme. Cette aide sera des produits sanitaires et de premières nécessités, une somme de 20 000 bahts a été allouée à cette opération.
Le YWCA (Young Women’s Christian Association) nous demande si on a la possibilité de payer 100 lunettes à 350 bahts la paire, réponse favorable.
Fournir des moyens en Braille pour les enfants aveugles. Possibilité de traduire du braille en enregistrement pour que les aveugles puissent écouter.
Prise de contact avec un Rotary de Phuket afin de réaliser des actions communes.
M. Olivier Brel du Rotary de Laval (Fr) rencontrera Gérard pour une collaboration, voir un matchinggrants commun.
Le fonctionnement du club et les buts du Rotary furent détaillés à nos invités.

At Siam Bayshore restaurant terrace by the sea.
The evening went very well, in a good spirit, 130 people were present, the quality buffet, the relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

- 127 adults at 1,200 baht = 152,400 baht
- 3 children at 600 baht = 1,800 baht
- Raffle = 32,800 baht
- Donation from Carlo Cambrelli = 30,000 baht
Total income 217,000 baht
Expenses:

- Beer (2 barrels at 6,500 baht) = 13,000 baht

Women's day
Ava is tasked with providing help to imprisoned women on Women's Day. This aid will be sanitary products and basic necessities, a sum of 20,000 baht has been allocated to this operation.
The YWCA (Young Women’s Christian Association) asks us if we have the possibility of paying for 100 glasses at 350 baht per pair, a favorable response.
Providing Braille resources for blind children. Ability to translate braille into recording so that blind people can listen.
Contacting a Rotary in Phuket in order to carry out joint actions.
Mr. Olivier Brel from the Rotary of Laval (Fr) will meet Gérard for a collaboration, see a joint matchinggrants.
The functioning of the club and the goals of Rotary were detailed to our guests.
